INTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS
The manuscripts should closely reflect the final paper as it will appear in the Proceedings, which will be maximum 6 pages in IEEE double column format.
Please format your paper, as described in the IEEE Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines where you can find instructions (Word, PDF, Postscript).

PUBLICATION
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
WICT 2011 papers will be published by IEEE Computer Society.
Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper.
SUBMISSIONS
Papers must be submitted within the stipulated time (August 15, 2011) and electronic submission in PDF is required.
The page limit for a full-length paper is 6 pages. Short papers describing novel research visions, work-in-progress or less mature results are also welcome, with the limit of 4 pages.
